Photo Gallery RULES
- No purchase necessary to win. To enter, complete the official entry form. All photographs must include a recognizable image or portion of, a Lake Model Skimmer, LA4, LA4-200, or LA250/270. Send no more than three color photographs via email, or prints in sizes from 4” X 6” to maximum 8" X 10". If sending a print, please include the negatives, or color slides, to ensure maximum quality.
- All photos must be identified on the back with the entrant's name, phone number and aircraft registration number. Photo entries that do not comply with the above rules may be disqualified.
- All entries must be received by January 8th, 2010.

- Prizes are awarded by random drawing, and the availability of the prizes advertised are subject to the control and discretion of the companies donating them.
- All prizes, other than gift certificates, will only be awarded to those present for the random drawing at Lakeathon. Gift certificates can be awarded to those who are present or absent.
- Winners consent to allow the use of their name in connection with the submitted photographs, without further compensation. Winners may not transfer their rights, nor obtain substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes on prizes are the winners' responsibility.
- To obtain a winners list, send a self-addressed envelope after April 20, 2010 to Photo Contest Winners c/o Northern Aircraft, Inc., 490 Watkins Rd, Colchester VT 05446
- Non-winning print entries will be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Northern Aircraft, Inc. assumes no liability for lost photographs.
- Entrants grant Northern Aircraft Inc, dba. The Lake Connection, unrestricted right to display, reproduce, or publish the entered photographs without further compensation.
- Northern Aircraft, Inc. assumes no liability for lost, mutilated, or delayed mail. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
- Multiple photos can be submitted; however a maximum of three pictures per household will be entered for the drawings. Prizes are limited to one per household.
- Entrants must be over age 18. Employees of Northern Aircraft, Inc., as well as their families, are not eligible to enter.
- All participants are entitled to receive a complimentary copy of the Photo Gallery on CD.
